Plans and pricing
Choose the schedule that fits your cottage and your peace of mind. Checkups are $50 per week, $75 per month, or $150 per on-call visit when you would like eyes on the place after a big storm. Weekly visits suit exposed lakeshore cottages that take the brunt of the wind and snow; monthly works well for sheltered, lower-risk properties. There is no long contract — you tell us the schedule, and we keep to it all winter.
What happens when we find a problem
Finding a problem early is the whole point. If we spot a failing furnace, a leak, a heavy snow load, or a door that has been forced, we call you right away with clear photos and a plain-language explanation of what we are seeing. For many issues we can take care of it on the spot or line up the fix. You decide what happens next — and you will always get a clear quote up front before any extra work begins.
